Welcome to Pilates with Pam

Pilates with Pam is a one hour workout that focuses on balancing lifestyle fitness and our busy schedules. This workout works the entire body activating a group of muscles verses just one specific muscle. Pilates with Pam provides movements to stretch your body as you simultaneously work on strengthening the intrinsic muscles, so you create a natural habit of effort for your body to follow.
Benefits of Pilates
Through this matwork technique and usage of the various apparatus (i.e. a foam core roller, bands, weights, resistance rings and gliders) your awareness is heightened towards your everyday movements. Your body awareness and focus will be triggered automatically so that you have better balance, strength and coordination. Your posture will improve and you will have a more natural flow in your gait and activities. Your energy will increase and your body will feel stronger.
Join Pilates Class with Pam
Pilates classes are offered at her studio in West Seattle at both a small group level to one on one. She also teaches at various company workplaces in downtown Seattle. Pam’s experience and technique has helped many people achieve basic goals from weight-loss to better coordination skills to pain free running to quick handling skills of a bicycle to skiing on black diamond slopes at the beginning of the season. She helps people of all ages and fitness levels achieve sound structural integrity. All ages and athletic abilities benefit by using Pilates with Pam’s techniques by gaining better body strength, core development, back mobility and opening of the hips.
